Success! Bittersweet but we have officially closed on our Waco house. Cannot recommend our realtor, Krista Thomas with Magnolia Realty, enough! Not only did we receive 7 offers (at or above asking!) in less than 24 hours, she made sure everything went smoothly as we moved out of state.
